Since the very beginning, Print Resources has believed that quality, can-do, above & beyond service is the reason our clients choose us over our competitors. And our employees are the best at making sure our clients print & promo projects are top-notch. In this employee spotlight series, we take some time to get to know them a little better.
Say, “Hi”, to Katrina Brennan!
In a office full of silly people, Katrina may just be the silliest. But one thing she takes seriously? Helping Print Resources’ customers showcase their brand with the best best logo products on the market. Katrina is the epitome of “work hard, play harder”. Let’s get to know her!
1. What are three words that best describe you?
Complete – Weird – Oh, who’s that singing showtunes at the top of their lungs?
2. What does a typical day at Print Resources look like for you?
Multi-tasking, managing timelines, prank-pulling, drafting up quotes, helping customers realize their vision for print/apparel, or promo items for the office or an event.
3. Before working at Print Resources, what was the most unusual or interesting job you’ve ever had?
One of my most favorite and fulfilling jobs was working for Indiana’s state-level child care resource and referral. They are a wonderful, FREE, resource for families looking for child care. If you know someone looking for child care, have them call 800-299-1627 or visit their website childcareindiana.org to have a customized list created for them based upon their needs.
4. If you could interview one person (dead or alive) who would it be?
I feel like famous people already have a very public and well-represented voice, purely because the spotlight is already on them. I prefer to question the everyday stranger, get a sense of their perspective, and where they are coming from.
5. What is your favorite thing to do in Indy?
I like to go to First Friday and other artsy events. Indy has a great food scene, and I love going somewhere special where I can share a meal with friends/family. BUT, my most favorite thing is reading a good book all curled up in bed with absolutely no responsibilities to take care of… which can be done anywhere.
Bonus Question: Share something interesting about you!
I’m basing what motivates my daily decision-making on the question: “If I died today, what would I regret not having done?” This more often than not leads to me swinging on a playground swing set, jumping into play with my niece and a group of kids, eating ice cream for dinner, and being silly without worrying about looking like an “adult”.
“Don’t you know that it’s worth, Every treasure on earth to be young at heart…”
Thanks, Katrina! Do you need help with your next print and promo piece? Say, “Hi!” We’re ready to make your next project your best yet.
